• Multi-skilled Tradesmen

• Carpenters

• Painter and Decorators

 

 

All Tradesmen must have the following

 

• CSCS cards

• Own Vehicle  

• Tools

• Experience in fit-out projects

• Delivery of high-quality finish experience

• Knowledge of construction materials and good works practices

• Ability to work as an effective team member

• Ability to supervise people

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

 

 

Office Junior Required

​

• To assist the Operation Manager in day to day running of the Maintenance section.

• General knowledge of Word & Excel
